The Historic Village of Maytown was showing its age in deteriorating streets and sidewalks, problems with stormwater runoff, as well as asbestos‐lined water lines. DM/A was responsible for coordinating with the East Donegal Township Board of Supervisors to develop solutions that meet the infrastructure requirements while
addressing the concerns of residents. DM/A developed solutions that helped the Board of Supervisors get the necessary funding, improved the appearance of the neighborhood, and significantly upgraded the streets, sidewalks, stormwater and water facilities.
