Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, On-Site)

Candidate should possess an ability to maintain client confidentiality, communicate with clarity to clients, guests, and staff using accurate written and verbal skills, and have a 2-year minimum experience in reception office work. Ability to share work with Senior Administrative and Marketing Assistant along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro are also required. Experience with light bookkeeping and time-billing software are a plus. Position is 15 to 20 hours weekly on-site and includes a Flexible Schedule, Paid Time Off, and a 401(k) Savings Plan after 90 days of service.

Civil Engineer

Candidate should possess a BS in Civil Engineering, and E.I.T. certification or valid P.E. license. Project experience of 2-8 years to include subdivision, land development and storm water management. Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and various engineering software is also required. Position includes a generous benefits package and potential for advancement.

Municipal Team Project Designer

Candidate should possess a BS in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or related curriculum. Project experience of 2+ years to include subdivision, land development and storm water management. Experience with a variety of Hydrology tools, HEC-RAS, Autodesk Civil 3D, NPDES Stormwater/Chapter 102 permitting, MS4 program and PRP development and wetland delineations are desirable.  Position includes a generous benefits package and potential for advancement.
