DM/A, worked closely with LancasterHistory.Org and Centerbrook Architects, CT to refine and implement the master plan for the Lancaster Campus of History. DM/A responsibilities included evaluating the plan for constructability and bringing it into compliance with local zoning and subdivision/ land development codes. DM/A processed land development plans with local municipalities and county agencies.
DM/A provided construction administration services, working closely with the architect, owner and general contractors. Under DM/A guidance, special care was taken to preserve existing specimen vegetation in the Louise Arnold Tanger Arboretum and Wheatland Gardens. DM/A staff worked with the contractor and arborists associated with the Arboretum to implement plant protection plans and low impact construction methods.
