Location: Lancaster County, PA
The project consists of a variety of housing types and densities and combines the residential uses with commercial, public and quasi‐public uses. The site design includes Traditional Neighborhood Design features planning including alley access to private parking and garages. Brighton was the first design in Lancaster County to incorporate these “Livable Community” features.
DM/A provided complete site design and engineering services for Brighton. DM/A prepare a comparative development analysis of options available under local ordinances and obtained all land planning approvals.
