Project Summary

DM/A was selected by Garber Metrology to assist with developing a new corporate office in Manheim Township.   In addition to the proposed office building, the owner also wished to accommodate a second business, Airport View Self Storage, on the 2.7 acre site. DM/A was able to meet the owner’s needs through a creative approach to site layout and storm water management, and guide the project through the land development process. The end result was a visually appealing facility that successfully combines the unique uses within the available space.
