Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a registered landscape architect or civil engineer with project management experience in the area of land development, along with the ability to develop business utilizing existing client and professional network. Qualified candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, lead internal team members and subconsultants, and provide superior client service. In addition, they must be able to work both independently and as part of a team and possess the ability to manage several major activities at once.
CAD Technician
DM/A is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time CAD Technician position. This role supports land development projects through the preparation and coordination of plan sets, including land development, stormwater management, subdivision, highway occupancy, and record plans. Responsibilities include creating 2D drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Civil 3D, developing surfaces, corridors, and pipe networks, and assisting with horizontal and vertical design. The position also involves interpreting design data and collaborating with engineers and project managers to update drawings and ensure compliance with DM/A standards. Qualified candidates should have proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D (one year preferred), a solid understanding of technical drafting principles, and the ability to read and interpret plan sets and engineering documents. Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or certification in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field is required.
