DM/A provided land development plans for the College Hill project. The project involved the renovation of an existing tobacco warehouse, which now houses an eldercare facility on the first floor and a children’s center/daycare on the second floor. Extensive measures were taken to restore the original appearance and structure of the building, including the façade, original windows and large arched openings, which served as the original rail passageway.
