DM/A led site design and utility planning for the 190-bed New College House, including stormwater and parking improvements.
DM/A produced the site design land development plans for the 190 bed New College House, which included the design for domestic water service, sanitary sewer service and stormwater management.
DM/A worked closely with the owner, their architect, Robert A.M. Stern Architects from New York City and the landscape architect from Philadelphia to complete site design and obtain approvals for the project.
The parking lot adjacent to Race Avenue was redesigned by DM/A to provide an improved traffic pattern for the loading/service facility. Rain gardens around the New College House will mitigate any increase in stormwater runoff from the parking lot improvements.
