DM/A provided master planning, site analysis and feasibility studies to determine how best to accommodate the growing parish needs on their existing site. Large parking requirements and strict stormwater management regulations require innovative design. DM/A responded with an underground stormwater management facility. Although costly, the system allows surface parking over the facility. DM/A cost opinion was used to establish the project budget.
