DM/A’s role in this project began with a conditional use application that addressed the goals of the client as well as the municipalities, with a multi‐family community, a commercial entity and recreational facilities. Work included detailed site design and streetscape design, as well as construction documents.
The project is a mix of single and multifamily homes and apartments and a Town Center with up to 80,000 s.f. of retail and office space. Stormwater runoff is controlled through a variety of facilities including underground detention, an at grade retention pond and several constructed wetlands. Plantings were specifically selected for low maintenance and drought resistant qualities.
