DM/A was the lead designer regarding the site layout to allow for the adaptive reuse of the +/‐ 48 acre former trucking terminal. DM/A work included the conceptual layout and design of the site for two uses; an auto dealership and a 1,000 care auto auction. Working closely with other team members, DM/A prepared and processed a rezoning request to commercial zoning for a portion of the site to allow for the dealership. DM/A also prepared and processed a subdivision and land development plan, completing the work approximately two months ahead of the schedule, established by the client.
