Project Summary

The Faulkner Organization selected DM/A to assist with site selection, feasibility and due diligence efforts in finding a new home for their flagship BMW dealership, Faulkner BMW of Lancaster. Faulkner selected an existing auto dealership located on a high visibility site for demolition and re‐development as their new full‐service facility.

DM/A’s service included survey, site design and engineering, coordination with James Necker Architects of Willow Grove and general contractor Professional Design and Construction of Lancaster on a fast –track project schedule. DM/A managed the required municipal and PennDOT approvals within critical project schedules.
